The Western Interconnection Regional Advisory Body (“WIRAB”) submitted a response to Peak Reliability’s 2016 Board of Directors Evaluation Questionnaire. Peak uses the responses it receives from the questionnaire to evaluate the Board’s performance and effectiveness.
